Tainan at Big Island Plumbing did a great job for us. We had several different plumbing projects that needed attention, and over the course of the work he serviced our tank water heater, installed a filter and drain line for our tankless water heater, replaced our pressure reducing valve, and repaired a leak out in the yard. He was extremely courteous about working around our schedule and minimizing interruptions to our water use. He even worked around our kooky dog without missing a beat. Tainan was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with, and did a great job explaining everything along the way. We’ve been very happy with all of the work he’s done for us and I’d definitely recommend Tainan and Big Island Plumbing to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.
Thank you Big Island Plumbing for the help today. We had a last minute need to have a sewer inspection and report done and this guy's found a way to accommodate us last minute and with a reasonable price. Highly recommend
